Managing Board & Shareholders (Ninth Generation)

Since 2017, following the death of Count Anton-Wolfgang von Faber-Castell, the company has been managed by a Board of Directors. Stefan Leitz is CEO; the other members are André Wehrhahn (CFO), Dr Hans-Kurt von Werder (CTO) and Countess Mary von Faber-Castell (FC Cosmetics). Countess Mary von Faber-Castell’s board mandate ensures that the Faber-Castell family will continue to play an active role in the top management of the company.

The ninth generation

Count Charles and Countesses Katharina, Sarah and Victoria von Faber-Castell represent the 9th family generation of the pencil dynasty. While the twins Sarah and Victoria (*1996) are still in education or are gaining their first professional experience abroad, Charles and Katharina von Faber-Castell (born 1980 and 1988) are already working for the company. Count Charles von Faber-Castell has been responsible for the global premium business since 2015 as Head of Premium. Countess Katharina von Faber-Castell has been head of Corporate Development since February 2018 and is also completing her MBA in Vienna.
